Filming Schedule
Once you have decided to move forward with us, we will arrange a call or meeting to work with you to develop a comprehensive filming schedule. During this session, we'll discuss all the key details of your project including filming locations, interview guides and develop a comprehensive shot list that ensures we capture everything we need on the day. This step is crucial in ensuring a smooth filming process and guaranteeing that we deliver a final product that exceeds your expectations.
Filming
Upon arrival, our highly skilled videographer(s) will be fully prepared to capture everything outlined in the filming schedule. Our approach is to create a fun and friendly working atmosphere to put everyone at ease. This helps us get the best possible footage and makes the whole process more enjoyable for everyone involved. We'll work through the schedule and remain open to any additional footage that could be useful in the edit.
Editing
Once we've gathered all the necessary assets for the edit, we'll get to work on creating a rough cut for you to review. We'll get this to you within the agreed timeframe so you can give us your thoughts and make any changes you need. We encourage you to be as specific as possible with your notes at this stage, and to request feedback from anyone else who may be involved in the project. That way we can make sure the editing process is as smooth as possible, stays in budget and is delivered within the agreed timeframe.
Delivery
After incorporating all your feedback, our team will deliver the final video(s), which you’ll receive as a secure and easily accessible download link in the format of your preference, giving you the ability to view and utilise the video(s) seamlessly on any desired platform.
